Christophe de Jaeger famous French Doctor has developed a unique method combining diagnosis and action in order to preserve one’s health capital age well, and stay in good health as long as possible… Nutrition is one of his numerous tools, look at his after feats recommendation : “Firstly, opt for raw foods. This will allow your pancreas to fully recover, clean itself and lower inflammation. Consume uncooked foods three meals a day”....

Also limit fruit intake to an apple and berries (eg strawberries, raspberries, blueberries). No fruit juice (not even freshly squeezed).
For lunch and dinner, have a big plateful of raw vegetables, seasoned with rapeseed oil and lemon juice.

It is also important to consume the right lipids, because they will help cut bad cholesterol and enable assimilation of vitamins A, E and D.
Remember to eat raw proteins. Have beef carpaccio or raw fish once a day.

On the other hand, limit intake of dairy products. In particular, avoid foods containing whey, which increases insulin production.
Last but not least, remember to drink a lot of water between meals and to eat very slowly. These last two points are very important.
